Our capabilities include early contractor involvement (ECI), detailed planning and CAD design, NHSS 12 traffic management systems, CCTV, TASCAR, temporary vehicle restraint systems (VRS), road markings and variable message signage. We also provide advisory support, including permit management and regulatory compliance, ensuring every scheme is delivered to the highest standards.
In addition to planned works, we provide a rapid-response service for major incidents through our dedicated Incident Support Units (ISU). Our teams are equipped to mobilise quickly and effectively in response to emergencies, including severe weather events, flooding, infrastructure failures, bridge and tunnel strikes, and police-led incidents, ensuring safe, controlled and compliant traffic management when it matters most.

On the A24 near Gatwick Airport, our team successfully delivered a complex traffic management operation that enabled 60 individual jobs to be completed in a single night maximising efficiency and offering excellent value for money for West Sussex County Council. This high output delivery model required meticulous planning to ensure crews could work safely, simultaneously and without interruption. The scheme involved several weeks of coordination with Gatwick Airport to safeguard access for essential airport personnel while ensuring that all airside and landside operations continued without disruption.
