You'll play a key role in driving the commercial success of major works, managing costs, contracts and project performance from start to finish. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll provide commercial leadership, identify opportunities, manage risk, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. - On site experience of 5+ years of maintenance contracts
- Experience of onsite measures
- NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions
- Other forms of contract desirable
