We have a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to play a key role in shaping learning, leadership and talent development initiatives that help our people and leaders thrive.
Working closely with the Head of HR and senior leaders, you’ll lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives, leadership development programmes, talent management and succession planning activities that support both individual growth and business success.
You will:
- Developing and delivering our learning and development strategy.
- Designing and facilitating leadership and management development programmes.
- Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Coaching and supporting managers to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Building career pathways and development opportunities for emerging talent.
- Partnering with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
- Measuring the impact of learning and development activities and using data to drive continuous improvement.
About you
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
- Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of talent and succession planning.
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A passion for developing people and creating a culture of continuous learning.
