VolkerTrenchless Solutions Hosts Safety Breakfast
The VolkerTrenchless Solutions team recently held a safety breakfast, bringing together our teams to reinforce the importance of safe behaviours.
These sessions play a key role in strengthening our safety culture by encouraging open discussions, sharing valuable lessons, and ensuring every team member remains committed to protecting themselves and those around them. During the session, Mitch Mitchelmore, Behavioural Lead, introduced our new Press Pause to Talk cards. These are designed to promote open and honest conversations around health, safety and wellbeing, supporting a more proactive approach across our teams.
We were also pleased to welcome members of the Civil Works Alliance, who provided positive feedback on both the engagement and the topics discussed.
