We are proud to have achieved Clear Assured Bronze accreditation, an independent recognition of our commitment to creating a fair, inclusive and respectful workplace.
Clear Assured is a leading diversity, equity, inclusion and culture accreditation framework used by organisations across the UK and internationally. Bronze status reflects the continued development and growing maturity of our Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) programme and is awarded through a rigorous, evidence-based assessment of how organisations attract, recruit, develop and retain talent, alongside the effectiveness of their people policies, governance and workplace culture.
As a continuous improvement framework, Clear Assured requires organisations to demonstrate measurable progress and impact, ensuring that inclusion is embedded in day-to-day operations rather than existing solely within policies. We have now commenced work towards Silver accreditation, which will require us to demonstrate that FIR is fully embedded as a strategic business objective, supported by data-driven decision making, robust governance and active leadership engagement across the organisation.
