Southsea Coastal Scheme shortlisted for two British Construction Industry Awards

We’re delighted to share that our Southsea Coastal Scheme has been shortlisted for two British Construction Industry Awards (BCIA). The BCIA seek to highlight and reward excellence in project delivery and delivering positive outcomes for society.

The project has been shortlisted in the Environmental Project of the Year and Placemaking Project of the Year categories. These categories recognise projects that are delivering environmental improvements for local communities and regions by mitigating the impact of extreme weather and climate change on people properties and businesses, and initiatives that have improved the final outcome of a project to create quality spaces that enhance infrastructure for people to enjoy.

“To be shortlisted for two of these awards is testament to the incredible team we have here. The completed sections that have been opened so far have been very well received and feedback from local residents and businesses has been phenomenal. I’m incredibly proud to be delivering this work.”

Martin Dobby Project Director

The awards ceremony will be held on 9 October, good luck to the team!
