We're delighted to be sharing out People-Planet-Purpose Impact Report, highlighting our key achievements across each of our six sustainability legacy statements during 2025.
People‑Planet‑Purpose continues to drive meaningful change across our business. In 2025, our carbon reduction targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and our carbon management system was externally audited to PAS 2080. We achieved an 8% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared with 2024, delivered inclusive leadership training to 600 leaders, and generated £180m of core social value.
These achievements reflect our commitment to being a diverse, inclusive and safe organisation that inspires the next generation, protects the natural environment and strengthens communities, while delivering construction and engineering excellence.
