With over 25 years’ experience in the traffic management sector, Rob leads our highways operations with a focus on helping our clients overcome project challenges and network constraints. His experience spans major construction schemes and both strategic and local road networks, working collaboratively to deliver practical, safe and efficient traffic management solutions.
Nathan Clovey
Area Manager
Nathan Clovey is an Area Manager with 12 years’ experience in traffic management operations and team leadership. He oversees multiple contracts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality service delivery. Nathan is committed to developing strong operational teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting VolkerTraffic Management’s focus on excellence across all projects.
Ricky Quire
Works Manager
Ricky is a Works Manager within our Major Projects Department, overseeing the delivery of traffic management across multiple major infrastructure schemes. Having progressed steadily from an Operative to his current role, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to perform effectively in high pressure environments, maintaining a calm, solution focused approach. He works closely with clients and delivery teams, to ensure traffic management aligns with programme requirements and network constraints, focusing on practical solutions, safety and efficiency.
Chloe Pugh
Pre-Contract Manager
Chloe brings ten years of experience in the traffic management industry and currently serves as a Pre-Contract Manager. Having progressed from administrative to managerial positions, she currently assists in the tender process across the business, leads operational improvements, and implements refined workflow processes that enhance efficiency and contribute to sustained margin growth across VolkerTraffic Managment.
