The Learning Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our learning and development strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of training across the business, whether internally facilitated or externally sourced, while embedding a culture of continuous development.
As a strategic partner to the Head of Learning and Development, the Learning Delivery Lead will oversee multiple streams of learning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements. The role demands a forward-thinking individual who can implement frameworks that support scalable, high-impact learning solutions, while also managing day-to-day training operations with precision and agility.

About you
- Management of a training / L&D function
- Experience in delivering projects across a multi-site operation
- Experience in designing training solutions for a diverse audience
- Management of external training providers
- Knowledge & experience of Talent lifecycle
- Performance Consultancy
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Data analytics
- CIPD qualified advantageous
- Customer service driven
- Previous experiences in Construction, Civil Engineering or related industries
