Preconstruction Manager
James has worked for VolkerHighways and VolkerSmart Technologies for over fifteen years. Together, with David Easton, he has supported the sustainable growth of the business in electric vehicle charge points and highways electrical assets. James focuses on the preconstruction phases of projects, providing accurate pricing and ensuring that our proposed solutions will meet our clients’ needs.
Mike Hale
Business Development Manager
Mike has 15 years’ experience within the highways industry. He has built collaborative relationships with a range of clients including contractors, consultants, local authorities and government bodies, enabling him to gain extensive industry knowledge.
He is passionate about customer service and collaborates with our clients to jointly develop strategies for the design, build, connection, and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points
