• Each unit features mezzanine floor level, office space, breakout areas and amenities
• All site materials processed and broken-down concrete re-used in new units’ sub-base, reducing site’s overall road mileage
• Exterior ‘green walls’ of foliage installed to several units
• Photovoltaic panels, contributing to SEGRO Park Tottenham being carbon negative

Both sites:

• External works, including access roads, service yards, landscaping and car parking facilities
• Local hiring and opportunities for local businesses to tender for small works packages
