Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework

VolkerWessels UK holds a place on the £1.56bn Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework. The framework went live on 1 June 2022 and will run for four years until May 2026.

Our position on this national framework gives clients across the UK, the opportunity to draw on the full capabilities of the VolkerWessels UK Group, including VolkerStevin. Local authorities and other public sector bodies can procure a diverse range of projects in the rail, nuclear, bridges, roads, maritime, telecommunications, water, and alternative power sectors through the framework.

To secure our place on the framework, we passed a rigorous tender process compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The tender assessed financial suitability, experience and passion for social value and innovation.

The civils and infrastructure framework, connects clients with the right contractors for construction projects ranging in value from £500,000 to over £30m. Clients can use the direct award, or competitive mechanisms available through the framework to gain access to VolkerWessels UK businesses with the expertise, to deliver any civils and infrastructure scheme.
