We are seeking a detail oriented and organised People Administrator to join our SID Integration Team within the People Function. This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our organisation charts and people database. As the People Administrator, you will manage governance processes, ensure data is up-to-date, and provide general administrative support to the People team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer required governance and GDPR compliant processes for Managing people data within the SID;
- Maintain SID Organisation Charts;
- Maintain the SID People Database for new starters, leavers, and any relevant changes in information for Individuals deployed into the SID;
- Support the People & Transformation team with general administration to enable the effective and efficient running of the team.
- Ensure every new starter receives a welcome email detailing what to expect and how to book an induction.
- Support the recruitment process by keeping track of candidate progress, arranging interviews and various other activities that will help to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support the Learning and Development Manager in the coordination of Graduate and Apprentice rotations within the SID, and general administration support.
About you
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data management and familiar with HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
