At the base of the model are the foundations that underpin everything we do. These include good corporate responsibility and health and safety, our talented and dedicated people, our core values and the strong systems and processes which support our work. The second layer of our foundations is what we believe makes a successful contractor really stand out. It is about balancing risk management with engineering and operational delivery.
