The project, completed in 2007, is adjacent to Victoria Station in a highly visible and public area. It comprised of waterproofing, concrete works, retaining walls, high quality G603 & G684 granite paving and cladding installed to very high tolerances. The works had to be carried out whilst maintaining access to other sub-contractors on site. VolkerHighways developed the design.
