On Tuesday 1 September, the graduates and apprentices were invited to the VolkerStevin head office in Preston, to embark on a four-day introductory workshop.

Over the course of the week, the candidates were given a company induction from departments across the business, including design, digital, work winning, procurement and estimating. Our health and safety team also discussed the importance of VolkerStevin’s Safety Ripple initiative. 

The graduates and apprentices, whose job roles’ range from surveyors to engineers, will now be based on VolkerStevin sites across the UK.
