2011 Civil Engineer Achievement Award

Congratulations to Richard Bamford and Hussein Jomaa who were winners of the VolkerFitzpatrick 2011 Civil Engineer Achievement Award.

Richard is a section engineer currently working on the Deptford Station project and Hussein is a section engineer currently working at Stratford on the Olympic site. Both engineers submitted a 500 word statement supported by their line manager.

It showed their commitment to training and personal development, ability as an engineer and contribution to the project over and above their main responsibilities. The statement also demonstrated their outstanding communication skills, involvement and representation of VolkerFitzpatrick in extracurricular activity, ambassador role and finally their day to day activities.
