Following the successful completion of the Phase 1 - £7m industrial scheme for British Steel Pension Fund and their tenant, Nippon, VolkerFitzpatrick's High Wycombe Office are now on site with phase 2, which is a £2.7m speculative development for the same client.
This phase was negotiated, following a two stage tender process and is yet another example of VolkerFitzpatrick's successful delivery leading directly to repeat business.
